UR 11th Graduation Ceremony 2025 – Steps to Register

The University of Rwanda (UR) has launched its 11th Graduation Ceremony registration portal for all graduands and their guests. Follow the steps below to complete your registration and secure your entry to the event.

🌐 Step 1: Visit the Platform

Go to the official website: https://hitamospace.ur.ac.rw

📅 Step 2: View Available Events

Click on “Events.” Select UR 11th Graduation Ceremony and click “View Details” or “Free Entrance” to open the registration page.

📝 Step 3: Start Registration

Click the “Register Now” button to begin the registration process.

📧 Step 4: Enter Your Email

Type your email address in the provided field and click “Request Password.” A One-Time Password (OTP) will be sent to your email.

🔐 Step 5: Retrieve the OTP

Check your email inbox for a message containing your 9-digit OTP code. Copy this code.

✅ Step 6: Verify and Continue

Paste the copied OTP code into the password field on the website, then click “Verify & Continue.”

👥 Step 7: Fill in Your Information

Complete your personal details and include information for one additional guest. After filling in all fields, click “Register to Attend.”

📨 Step 8: Receive Confirmation

After successful registration, a confirmation invitation will be sent to your email for both you and your guest. Download this confirmation — it serves as your entry ticket.

🎓 Step 9: Event Day Check-In

On the day of the graduation:

  • Present your Confirmation Invitation (on your smartphone or printed in color).
  • Follow all event instructions from the organizers.
