1. Investigator in different fields

  • Level: 5.II
  • Required Profile: AO in Law, Management, Finance, Public Finance, Economics, Accounting, Professional Police Studies, Sociology, Business Administration, Public Administration, Administrative Sciences, Education Sciences, IT, International Relations and Social Studies.
  • Key Technical Skills:
    • Ability to conduct criminal investigations
    • Computer literacy
    • Coordination, planning and organizational skills
    • Interpersonal & communication skills
    • Teamwork spirit
    • Administrative & time management skills
    • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French

2. Surveillance Officer / Operation Officer / Tactical Response Officer

  • Level: 8.II
  • Required Profile: At least A2 in any field
  • Key Technical Skills:
    • Collaboration and teamwork
    • Effective communication skills
    • Administrative skills
    • Computer literacy
    • Interpersonal & time management skills
    • Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French
