Sales Person
About the role
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Person to join ADMA International Ltd. The successful candidate will attract new clients, promote company products/services, and support business growth through excellent communication and customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Prospect and engage new customers through field visits, calls and follow-ups.
- Promote, demonstrate and explain products/services to customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain and update sales records, customer lists and daily activity reports.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with management.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.
Qualifications & requirements
- A2/A0 certificate or higher; sales training is an advantage.
- Proven experience in sales or customer-facing roles (1–2 years preferred).
- Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Self-driven, confident and target-oriented; able to work independently.
- Fluency in Kinyarwanda and English; French/Kiswahili is a plus.
